North Haven Hotel

The hotel is nice, with friendly staff. It could use a little refresh but overall nice. Heated indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, restaurant attached, etc.

I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are always clean. The beds are so nice. It's quiet, even with train tracks along the back of the building. Last t8me I stayed there I had a room towards the rear of the building and barely heard the train wh3n it came through which was only twice. Anyways, the staff is great if and when needed. And last but certainly not least, the (complimentary breakfast) is off 5he chain!!! That means it's really really good. Lol

check in was very fast and easy, the young lady at the front desk, aurora, was amazing!! such a sweetheart! rooms were very clean and comfy! a little noisy due to the train, but that’s obvious, due to it being so close, not a problem. my kids loved hearing the train blow the horn.

We hosted a family reunion based out of Best Western with 80 family members from all over North America. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with our needs. We had a happy hour on the first night in the large, secure courtyard. The seating was comfortable and plantings added to the overall ambiance. We ate at the hook and ladder restaurant and had drinks and the quality and amount of food was good and affordable. There is a good nightly vibe there with a varied crowd. We enjoyed the Friday night singer. The breakfast food offered was above average for "hotel food". There were good options, everything was hot and tasty. The rooms were clean and it looks like they just went through a remodel on the second floor. The air unit pumped out terrific cold air and wasn't an issue on the steamy hot August days. We were Extremely happy we chose this Best Western to host the reunion out of. It was quality and affordable for everyone!

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. When we first arrived in the room, we found a couple bugs lurking around, but we were able to get rid of them. I found out shortly after, the room had a sliding glass door to the courtyard. This was actually great, because it made it easier for me to take my dog out to do her business rather than having to walk through the entire hotel. The hotel is a bit of a maze, so be aware of where you are. There was plenty of parking in the lot. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. There was always plenty of food and options. The front desk staff was always very helpful and courteous. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay again.

Location is great. The only down size is that they’re under staff so rooms don’t get clean regularly. But other than that the front desk staff is friendly and it’s a safe place to stay.

We left a filthy hotel and came to this Best Western at 11:00 at night. I could tell immediately after walking into the lobby that we were going to have a much better experience! It was clean and modern and didn't smell like smoke. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. We only had one minor issue. My son found a stain on the comforter on the bed, (they don't use duvet covers,) and refused to sleep under it, so we put it on the floor. I took pictures and showed the front desk clerk the next morning. A manager reached out to us and refunded 50% of our stay. I thought that was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice motel went here during the 100 degree temps when our semis ac went out and it was a great stay both women I dealt with (evening shift about 8 pm and morning shift 5 am ) were both super friendly and helpful . rooms were above average for the price and bed was really conformable for me which is rare in a motel for me shower had lots of pressure and felt so good after a day of running with no ac (averaging 85 in the truck) would highly recommend north haven hotel
